Terms & Conditions

Collagen Collection Limited orders are subject to our full Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale, as detailed below, unless otherwise specified.

Orders and enquiries

ALL PRICES and offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. We do not charge credit cards until the goods are available for despatch.

Goods paid for by cheque are dispatched as soon as stock is available, but please allow up to 5(five) working days for cheque clearance. Goods ordered by fax or post will be charged at the current price on the day of receipt. Goods ordered through the Internet will be charged at the price ruling on the day of order indicated on the web site and by the online ordering system.

Payment

Credit or Debit Card: We accept Visa, Master card, Switch, Solo and Delta.
Cheque: ONLY UK ORDERS may be made by cheque, payable to Collagen Collection Ltd.

Overseas orders and Internet orders will be charged in Sterling. The exchange rate for your own currency will automatically be set by your credit card company.

Delivery

ANY ORDERS placed after 15-00 hrs (GMT) Monday to Friday will be processed the following day and, subject to your credit card authorisation and stock availability, we will ship your order to UK and world-wide addresses using RECORDED DELIVERY service.

We advise you to ensure somebody be present at the delivery address since all items are shipped by courier / recorded delivery services.

International delivery times vary with weight and destination. Unless specifically requested delivery is not by guaranteed service.

We aim to fulfil the majority within 5 working days and all orders within 14 days of receipt.

Postage & Packing charges

POSTAGE AND PACKING in the UK are charged at cost will be calculated per order automatically including all packaging, and recorded delivery. Deliveries to the EU and the Rest of the World may be charged at a higher rate.

Special Offers and Free Gifts

ALL SPECIAL offers are subject to availability, and may be in promotional packaging (packaging may refer to boxes, manuals, etc.).

Prices and availability

PRICES were correct at time of going to press and items listed were available or due for release at that time. Prices and availability are liable to change without notice. Please confirm prices when ordering if necessary. Prices herein replace all prices detailed in previous versions.

Liability, Warranty and Returns

ALL PRODUCT descriptions and photographs and colour charts are for illustration purposes and are designed to give an accurate representation of the product, but products and packaging may occasionally vary slightly from this representation and we reserve the right to amend, improve or withdraw products / specifications at any time and without notice.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis. If, within five days of purchase, you find you have ordered incorrectly and providing that you have not opened the package, broken any seals, or soiled the goods, you may telephone us for written authority to return the goods to us at your cost. We will only accept returns subject to these terms and conditions. We will refund the full cost of the goods, but will retain the initial postage and package costs.

Faulty goods

IN the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods, this must be reported to the carrier immediately and within 48 hours of receipt to our Head Office who will arrange a replacement.

Internet online orders

INTERNET ORDERS are made through our online shopping page and payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo or Delta. When you send your order the data is automatically transmitted to Natural Laboratories Limited. Orders are confirmed to you by email but your credit card information is not sent via email for security reasons.

When ordering online please ensure that you:
Specify your delivery address, email address and telephone number
Specify the correct method of payment with a valid credit / debit card number and the correct card expiry date (and issue number if applicable)
Please ensure you do not confirm submission of your order until you are satisfied you have ordered everything you require as each separate order will incur postage and packing at the appropriate rate.

NB: Customers who do not want to give out their credit card details over the Internet can place an order via the telephone 01372 457566 ensuring payment details are at hand.
